In October 2015, Kramer came out with thirty One from Warner Music Nashville. It received a boost from her Top Five country song I Got the Boy as well as a duet performed with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. This album reached three places on the Billboard 200 country charts and top 10 on the Billboard 200. Beginning in September 2016 her two month stint on 23rd episode of Dancing with the Stars ended with her finishing fourth. In the same year, she made a splash with an adult contemporary hit song called Straight No Chaser's Feels Like Christmas.
